Do you feel like giving up? 

You know when things have gone beyond the point of non return? Everything is off and you feel like giving up. You hate everything and you feel like the whole world is against you.
You’ve been pushing through for a while thinking that if you pushed hard enough that your life would get better somehow.
You’ve kept going hoping that somehow something would change and you’d finally the light at the end of the tunnel
Yet nothing is changing,
or so you think.
You’ve been giving, you’ve been pushing, you’ve been giving all your all
and still nothing seems to be changing.
You are still where you were
or so you think.
Things still feel as hard, as difficult as they did before
except you’ve tried the best you could, with a glimpse of hope in your heart.
Yet things are STILL difficult.
You dont understand why.
You dont understand how come.
You see others and they seem to be getting what you are not and its killing you inside.
You hate yourself for being so weak, you hate every for making it look so easy. Nothing makes any sense.
You wish you could just fall asleep and not wake up.
You wish someone would come and hug you so tight that you would again feel whole
You wish you could remember what you were like before all of these difficulties began
Yet you are where you are.
Sometimes it seems that things are improving only to find a bit later that nothing changed.
You are back in square one.
Or so you think.
You keep saying to yourself
“i.just.don’t.get.it”
You keep asking
“what is wrong with me?”
You keep feeling a prisoner of your own emotions
the sadness, the sorrow, the anger and frustration that things are STILL the same.
That nothing is changing
No matter how hard you try
No matter how much you cry
No matter how much you hope
It’s all the same every.single.time.
You are tired
You feel broken
No one understands what you are going through
Everything feels too much, too hard, too painful
No matter what you are simply not gettnig it…
Or so you think.
I’m here to tell you that you ARE doing everything right.
I’m here to tell you that there WILL be light at the end of the tunnel if you can keep going
I’m here to tell you that
But  most importantly, this post is to ask you to be kind to yourself. Even though you are just hating on you, even though you think everything is wrong with you, I want to tell you that
You WILL make it through
that you don’t need to fight
but that you do need to put your barriers down.
You do need to feel what you feel.
ALL of it, without fighting it, without fighting you.
I’m here to remind you that
It is time to stop fighting you and to start fighting FOR you
That even though you feel like you cant do this anymore
even though you feel like you will never get there
that you are brave, that you are strong and that you WILL get there, if you will simply put your barriers down.
If you will stop fighting life.
If you will be ok with where you are. NOW.
Not tomorrow. Not wishing your life away for something better.
I’m here to remind you that everything you are going through is preparing you for the next phase. Everything you are feeling is a call to integrate and a chance to become even greater.
NOTHING is ever a waste of time. NOTHING is ever out of purpose.
EVERYTHING you are experiencing NOW is meant as a stepping stone for everything you have asked for.
The challenge is to remind yourself that no matter where you are now IS exactly where you need to be.
Eventhough you just want to be anywhere but where you are
I’m here to remind you that you WILL get through it.
But more important hat you can get through it quicker if you stop fighting against everything and foremost against yourself.
That everytime you feel like giving up, like crying, to allow yourself to cry, to allow yourself to feel like you feel.
But I meant to REALLY feel what you feel and not avoid or ignore it and to be ok with that.
Im here to tell you that we all go through these phases, that they are normal and that yes these moments are recurring but the more you embrace them, the more you stay with these emotions, the easier it gets. The faster they go, and the less often they reoccur and when they do, it gets easier to handle them.
Because it is never the situation that we cannot handle, it is our emotions. We get overwhelmed by how we feel because we think it is wrong. because we dont want to feel wrong. but what if there was nothing wrong. what if it was just necessary for your next phase of the journey.
and you know what, it is exactly that. there is nothing wrong.
because EVERY time you feel like you just can’t do it anymore it is a reminder that you are SO close to it.
Not close to where you THINK you should be, but close to where you need to be. And if you can just look back at everything that you have accomplished, if you can recall and re affirm your previous accomplishments, you will see how far you have come. You will see how great you are, you will see how strong you have become.
And you will know that you have come a LONG way and that you ARE closer to where it is you really want to be.
You dont have to fight,
You dont have to push
but you do have to remain clear on your vision of what you want so you can keep going
and you will have to be kind to yourself because YOU are the most important person in YOUR life even if you dont know it yet.
When you feel like you just can’t take it anymore. Do what you need.
Cry if you need
Scream if you must
Be angry if you want
and then after you have released the excess emotions, remember to be kind to yourself
Remember that you ARE on your way, that you HAVE your back.
Remember to nurture you, to cherish you
Remember that the more you do, the quicker you will get to where it is you want to get.
But you MUST first be kind to yourself.
Every time you feel like you have no idea what to do, or where to turn to, remember to turn within. There is NOWHERE other that you need to turn to. YOU are everything you need to be.
But remember to be kind to you, if you can remember anything from this post, it is that kindness towards YOU will get you to where you say you want to be. Don’t try to bypass that, because it will not work. No amount of pushing, of avoiding, of getting angry will get you to where you say you want to be.
Only kindness to you FROM you will get you there because what you want, what you really want is not external, what you want is really within you. Even if you dont know it yet.
you ARE everything that you have been looking for and the moment you realize that is the moment that you know that no matter what, you CAN and you WILL handle whatever it is that you need to handle because it is always a reminder for you to come back to where you need to be.
